El Roi 3 Care Solutions is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support children and young people with disabilities, complex needs, and behavioural challenges in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people
* Support with personal care, feeding, mobility, medication, and emotional wellbeing
* Follow individual care plans and contribute to reviews under supervision
* Maintain dignity, independence, and positive routines
* Encourage participation in social, leisure, and community-based activities
* Support young people with complex needs, including behaviours that challenge
* Report accurately and respond to concerns or service breakdowns
* Promote safeguarding, complete risk assessments, and escalate issues when required
* Advocate for service users and support families to maximise potential
Minimum Requirements:
* Caring, professional, and reliable attitude
* Minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa)
* Care Certificate and up-to-date face-to-face mandatory training (e.g., Basic Life Support)
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent/working towards)
* Experience in care (especially with children or young people) preferred
