Creative Services Manager Reports to Digital Delivery Director Job Summary The Associate Digital Delivery Manager supports the successful execution of digital projects, with a focus on project coordination, asset testing, resource and budget tracking, and ensuring smooth and effective collaboration between teams. An excellent communicator, the Associate Digital Delivery Manager forges strong relationships and applies problem-solving skills to ensure project delivery according to agreed timelines and budgets. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Project Coordination & Delivery Independent management of small to medium projects from briefing through to delivery, including eDetails, banner and email campaigns, ensuring client expectations are met and projects are delivered to agreed timelines; joining internal and client calls as required Utilising and maintaining triage, scheduling and project management tools to plan, track resources, timelines and budgets, and providing regular updates to project teams Assisting the Digital Delivery Director in the delivery of larger and more complex projects Flagging budget issues/out of scope work to delivery teams and the Digital Delivery Director in a timely manner Utilising the Veeva ecosystem (CRM, Vault, etc.) to drive successful testing and project execution Performing hands-on quality assurance checks to maintain high standards Stakeholder Communication & Support Acting as a key point of contact and source of information for internal teams on digital-related projects Collaborating cross functionally with developers, designers, medical writers and client services teams to ensure smooth project execution Liaising with creative services management, team leads and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of available in-house resources and appropriate freelance use Maintaining excellent relationships with account teams to ensure service levels remain optimal and services evolve in line with business needs Administrative Support Coordinating consistent and effective supplier management in collaboration with the Digital Delivery Director, including conducting appropriate risk assessments and due diligence Supporting freelancer coordination, including project briefing, generating Purchase Orders and checking invoice approvals Maintaining freelancer relationships and availability tracking Assisting the Digital Delivery Director in financial reporting for the digital team, including optimising team utilisation Assisting in triage and management of incoming digital requests, coordinating with the Digital Delivery Director and Development Director to track workflow and resources Supporting the Digital Delivery Director with the development of processes and communications in support of smooth and efficient project delivery Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Educated to degree level or equivalent experience Digital project management experience within a medical communications or a healthcare advertising related field Experience working with Veeva ecosystem advantageous and experience delivering email and banner campaigns essential Exposure to JIRA or similar tools advantageous Proficiency in MS365, including Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with a high level of competence in Excel for finance/budget tracking and reporting Good understanding of digital production processes and project management, including development and hands-on experience in quality assurance Experience coordinating projects across different time zones and in fast-paced environments Ability to multitask and prioritise, with excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of platforms A desire to learn and grow skills within digital project management Travel Requirements As required by business needs About OPEN Health OPEN Health unites deep scientific knowledge with wide-ranging specialist expertise to unlock possibilities that improve health outcomes and patient wellbeing.
