Administrator - Part Time – 20 Hours per week – 1-year Fixed Term Contract The Opportunity We are looking for a part-time Administrator to join our team in Slough at our flagship branch, on a 1-year fixed term contract starting in December. In this role, you will be essential in providing administrative support to our branch, ensuring prompt customer responses, and contributing to the seamless operation of our office. Responsibilities of an Administrator Managing the branch email inbox and replies. Extensive communication via email and telephone internal and external customers. Raising purchase orders. Raising work orders. Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects. Updating our CRM. Supporting the warehouse and driving team with admin duties. Skills and experience required. Computer skills – familiar with Excel and Word. Administrative experience. Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
