We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and driven individual to join our Service desk team as a Service desk Co-ordinator. Main duties of the job This role is full time, initially for a period of 1-year fixed term. Working as part of our busy Health Informatics IT Service Desk team, you will provide a single point of contact for the logging, handling & resolution of all incidents and request across the Trust and other organisations we support. You will work within agreed priorities and timescales, accurately triaging & resolving IT incidents & requests, which are delivered via telephony, email or our service management toolset. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service & technical skills and should hold a formal IT qualification or equivalent, relevant IT support experience.
