How this role contributes to Fortrea Fortrea’s Executive Director of Marketing will report to the Fortrea Head of Marketing and will lead a team of 8-12 brand marketers. The Executive Director is a dynamic leader who is well-versed in leading global marketing teams with the capabilities to advance business strategy, performance, business growth and employee engagement. Core Responsibilities Deliver marketing strategies and messaging for Fortrea solutions and services Deliver impactful thought leadership through our SMEs and in support of 20 therapeutic areas Collaborate with customer facing teams to align on priorities, messaging and resources (sales, scientific and operations leaders). Define clear value proposition and prioritization for scientific and solutions that aligns with go to market strategy and team priorities Provide team leadership across brand and campaign marketers including priorities, processes and strategies to deliver measurable results. Build a high-performing Team and Culture by developing leaders and self to take on greater responsibilities and engaging leaders to create an agile, collaborative organization that empowers individuals to do their best work Influence Global Marketing policies / processes / actions / culture Strengthen and scale account-based marketing Oversee multichannel media strategy and plan Integrate qualitative and quantitative analytics to support strategic decision-making and ensure ROI on marketing efforts Required Qualifications 10 years of experience leading brand and/or marketing teams, with demonstrated success in multi-channel marketing including social, media, and creative partnership strategies Business to business marketing experience CRO industry experience preferred; healthcare industry experience required.
