We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new two-bed EBD children’s home in New Brighton, Merseyside. This is an opportunity to create a nurturing and empowering environment where young people can thrive, supported by a company dedicated to delivering outstanding care.
Your Role as Registered Manager
* Take the lead in overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations.
* Build and inspire a highly motivated care team, fostering a culture of positivity and excellence.
* Champion the needs of young people by developing tailored care plans and risk assessments that help them achieve positive outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and external professionals to deliver seamless, holistic care.
* Maintain rigorous safeguarding standards and compliance with all relevant legislation.
* Oversee budgets, administration, and resources to keep the home running smoothly and efficiently.
* Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a welcoming atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For
* A proven track record as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
* A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and best practice in childcare.
* Leadership, communication, and organisational skills to inspire your team and deliver outstanding care.
* A genuine commitment to improving the lives of children and young people.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
