We are seeking a passionate and driven Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with donors. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial sustainability of our organisation through effective fundraising strategies and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship management skills and a deep understanding of fundraising principles, enabling them to successfully market our mission and engage potential supporters.
Duties
1. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors while identifying and engaging new prospects.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials that effectively communicate our mission.
4. Conduct outreach efforts to promote fundraising campaigns through public relations activities and community engagement.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to enhance results.
Skills
1. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
2. Excellent relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with donors and community members.
3. Proven experience in fundraising, including knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in the sector.
4. Strong public relations skills, with experience in crafting messages that resonate with target audiences.
