Description: My client, a well-known household name, is currently looking for an Oracle Cloud Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst. This role is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and enhancement of reports and dashboards across the organisation to primarily serve core corporate functions, supporting the Reporting & Analytics Lead with various BI Continuous Improvement initiatives, BI Administration activities, and quarterly release upgrades as required.
5 Key Skills Required:
1. Senior Analyst level experience as an Oracle Fusion Report Developer supporting ERP, EPM & HCM using OTBI and BI Publisher.
2. Good knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP underlying data table structures and strong SQL skills.
3. Understanding of core business concepts and dimensional data modelling.
4. Experience with release management protocol and deployments into Production for reports and data models in an environment with strong IT Controls.
5. Experience working with SQL to an advanced level.

1. Support the Reporting & Analytics Lead with various BI Continuous Improvement initiatives, BI Administration activities, and quarterly release upgrades.
2. A pragmatic decision maker, adept at resolving issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Provide strong people leadership to team members across Group Technology, modelling company values and behaviours.
4. Work in partnership with both the business Global Process Owners and the technology team to ensure user experience is at the heart of the service delivery by providing timely, consistent, and quality levels of service.
