We provide a 24/7 Engineer Support Line for our clients and are based out of the UK.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Internal Sales person based in our offices in Prudhoe. The Internal Salesperson will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, producing quotations, and following these through to order.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales and customer support roles
* Strong account management skills with a focus on client satisfaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
* Experience in B2B sales would be beneficial but not necessary
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently to manage their own tasks
* Strong organizational skills
* Fantastic telephone manner is a must for this role
You must be customer focused, with a proactive approach to working with new clients, as well as being able to maintain effective relationships with current customers. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook is essential; experience of SAP would be helpful but not essential.
You must be a team player and be able to contribute towards team goals; equally, you must demonstrate the ability to work under your own initiative at times.
