LOCATION: BP Sunbury
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week - 4PM till 10PM
PAY RATE: £ per hour
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
You will also be required to Supervisor the team during the morning clean and make sure they are carrying out the tasks to a high standard and directing them to reactive issue as they present themselves. You must be proactive and be able to problem solve, with good attention to detail and reliable. You will provide customer service to the client and the clients tenants
1. Various Cleaning duties
2. Machine operation
3. Supervising a team of cleaners
4. Manage the allocation of holidays
5. Monitoring and controlling periodic tasks to ensure completion to a high standard
6. Completing paperwork
7. Communicating with Line Manager
8. Check periodical or specialist works once completed
9. Training of staff
10. Conducting Team briefings
11. Accountable for your team
12. Health & Safety
13. Complete staff wages
14. Supervise all site activity, which will include the tenant floors and the day time porter role
15. Liasing with the client regarding after Event clean ups.

16. Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
17. Outstanding Communication skills both internal and external.
18. The Ability to effectively prioritise your workload and build relationships.
19. Excellent attention to detail.
