Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site/hybrid Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Tamworth. The successful candidate will manage incoming referrals from our partners and through direct engagement.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
* To handle all incoming enquiries and to provide a quotation for our conveyancing services.
* To manage sales pipeline through to decision and to guide clients as to the benefits of using Aconveyancing.
* To work closely with and keep up to date our referrers in order to build rapport.
* To keep abreast of property related news and changes in the law likely to impact upon conveyancing market.
* To achieve agreed SLAs and agreed monthly targets.
* To manage the distribution of instructions to Aconveyancing’s Lawyers, as agreed on a weekly basis with the Head of Legal Practice.
* To assist with the onboarding of clients.
* To undertake and manage various administration tasks as required.
* To attend and contribute towards team meetings.
* To undertake training as and when required.
* Opportunities to progress into other areas of work within the firm.
Applicants must have:
* Previous sales experience (preferably within property or legal sector).
* Willingness to work as part of a team.
* Positive approach.
* Strong organisational skills.
