Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer and manage incoming phone inquiries.
2. Assist departments with sourcing and screening candidates.
3. Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
4. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
5. Maintain and update the candidate database.
6. Draft and post job advertisements.
7. Manage candidate communications and scheduling.
8. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Highly organized with great attention to detail.
3. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
6. Must live locally to the office address and have access to a car (no public transport options).
