We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our Exeter office on a full-time, permanent basis; delivering high-quality support through the IT Helpdesk. You’ll troubleshoot issues, assist with onboarding and offboarding user accounts, and help maintain smooth IT operations. Collaborating with the IT team, you’ll also contribute to process improvements and enable colleagues to do their best work.
Who you are
You will be proficient in IT hardware and software, with prior IT support experience preferred. With strong customer service skills, you’ll have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Having a proactive, well-organised approach, you will be able to work independently and within a team. In addition to your customer service skills, your positive, can-do attitude will build effective working relationships across all levels.
The team shifts range from 8 AM to 6 PM, ensuring full coverage for the firm. If you're passionate about IT and providing exceptional customer support, we’d love to hear from you!
Our offer
We offer a range of benefits to support you at work and at home. This includes a flexible working framework, extra annual leave for your birthday, and the option to buy more holiday. We have a comprehensive package to support physical and mental health, healthcare plans, an Employee Assistance programme, and free access to the Calm mindfulness app.
You’ll also have the chance to get involved in our responsible business programme, including taking part in fundraising initiatives and bringing your energy to our environment or diversity groups.
