* Looking neat and professional, wearing a clean uniform including a name badge
* Giving the customer full attention

* Remaining calm, confident and courteous when listening to customers’ complaints, and acknowledging when there is a problem
* Always saying goodbye and thanking customers for their visit

* Knowing what's special about Shell products, services, loyalty, promotions, and giving customers advice on them

Additional Responsibilities: Cash handling, tanker deliveries, daily workflows, occasional orders.

* 8 hour shift
* Every weekend
* Weekends only
