We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for members of a suite of European Leaders to join our team. This role is accountable for supporting meetings, coordinating meeting schedules, agenda, slide decks, minutes, and actions tracking. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days of site presence in our Lutterworth Head Office.
What we’re looking for
* Experience of operating in a PA role.
* Track record of developing strong relationships with business leaders and functional leaders.
* Track record of successful delivery; on time and to a high standard.
* Able to collaborate and build partnerships with many different stakeholders.
* A positive individual who has a “can do” attitude.
* Very good communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Project Management and Change Management skills.
* Strong time and priorities management skills.
* Sound knowledge of using PowerPoint, Teams, Yammer, and willingness to learn new digital platforms.
How you will thrive and create an impact
* Manage team pages, posts on Yammer, and update Avantor connect.
* Facilitate live events (for example, UK town halls) driving the slides, functionality, and recording.
* Build professional relationships with a range of stakeholders; both senior leaders and associates.
* Build trust that you will deliver the support required.
* Be part of multiple teams including the PA network, the business team (e.g., UK Senior Leadership Team), and the UK HR team.
* Manage projects that support the business and HR in line with your development goals.
