Job Title: Print Account Manager – Hybrid Working
Salary: up to £35k pa (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
1. Support the management of a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement.
3. Work with high efficiency and respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner.
4. Receive quote requests from customers and provide accurate and detailed responses within the target response time.
5. Continuously confirm, monitor, and progress chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
6. Proactively monitor customers' stock stored and produced, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
