Role: Global Head of Product Marketing
Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay:£70,000 - £80,000 per annum

The Requirements:
1. Experience in senior brand development roles within retail, FMCG, or beauty brands.
2. Proven expertise in brand building, category strategy, and campaign execution.
3. Strong background in NPD, product launches, and portfolio management.
4. Commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and profitability management.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
6. Strong leadership experience, including coaching and team management.
7. Ability to leverage consumer insights into product development and marketing strategies.
8. Experience working with creative agencies and leading projects.
9. International experience strongly preferred.
The Role:
1. Own and drive the overall category strategy, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
2. Safeguard and enhance brand equity, ensuring all communication aligns with brand values.
3. Develop and execute a three-year strategy to build the core business and drive innovation.
4. Optimise portfolio based on recruitment, retention, and consumption drivers, with clear pricing and margin targets.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Digital, etc.) to ensure successful product launches.
6. Develop business cases, set category targets, and monitor KPIs pre- and post-launch.
7. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend reporting to maintain brand relevance.
8. Lead, coach, and develop teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
9. Engage with key markets and ensure strategic alignment across all channels.
10. Continuously seek efficiency improvements and cost reductions within the business.
