What you will do:
1. Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments of patients with various conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory, to establish accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.

3. Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, contributing to joint decision-making and coordinated treatment plans.
4. Patient Education and Rehabilitation Support: Educate patients and their families on their condition and the role of physiotherapy in their recovery. Offer techniques to help them manage their health post-treatment and provide advice on posture, mobility aids, and lifestyle modifications.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in line with NHS guidelines. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and protocols to guarantee high-quality care and service delivery.
