Key Accountabilities Develops extensive knowledge base of the industry, system, module and product, and uses that information to assist both the Client and Operational areas. Undertakes process assessments determining the suitability of the RPA software, creating RAD (Robotic Automation Documents), Test Plans, mitigating where necessary, Performance Implementation Plans and creating and undertaking for other Developer code both Primary and Secondary Peer Reviews. Building the Process and Business Objects, using best practice and industry standards Giving weekly updates through team RMM meeting Undertaking Live proving of code once it moves to Production and resolving any issues that may arise. Spending time in the Control Room, looking after Production processes and ensuring that processes are running fine. Constantly looking for new ways to improve the way in which we work and grow organically. Learning new software/hardware that the RPA team are bringing online. Facilitates calls with Technical, Account Management, Vendors and/or the Client when necessary, and updates internal RPA tracking systems, while keeping the Client informed. Analyzes and evaluates Client initiated changes, through Client consultation about best practices and internal research. Prepares/makes recommendations to Clients on solution options. Verifies system changes made and ensures the outcome is accurate. Maintains Client relationships through accurate and timely communication. Establishes credibility through knowledge of systems and product functionality. Understands Client’s business needs and objectives and identifies opportunities to promote new products and services. May provide consulting about upcoming system enhancements. Interprets basic to complex technical Client issues and project requests. Determines root cause analysis and identifies technical changes needed. Translates for internal teams and stakeholders. Advocates for the Client within TSYS while striving to meet the needs of both parties. Leads RPA Team training on specified modules or products, as required. Develops functional requirements and specifications to support Client customization or system changes to include coding scripts and writing macros. Ability to run a project from initiation to delivery, and ensure all projects or initiatives are completed on time, with quality, and within budget. Projects have small to complex size and scope and may support a large complex project. Implements an established plan for projects of a more complex nature and monitors progress and performance against it. Identifies, resolves, or escalates issues to minimize delays. Facilitates and manages the analysis of project requirements, identifies and understands the cost estimates, resources, and time required to complete the project(s), and ensures project goals and requirements are met within time, cost, and quality parameters. Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the RPA team. Works with stakeholders and identifies and establishes priorities. Can run 3 projects at any given time. Supports the Lead RPA Developer and is also able to mentor more junior members of the RPA Team Expected to create Release packages checking version history and possible crossover and impact as well as deploy them using our internal release tool, with a high degree of accuracy, Administer projects with a span of influence that typically requires working with one or two functional areas or a small team or group, such as Training, IT, Marketing, etc., within the company. Identifies the need for issue escalation with some guidance; points of escalation are typically with the direct supervisor.
