HR Advisor - Generalist
Up to £35,000 per annum (6 month FTC)

We have a great opportunity with our client based in Coventry for an experienced HR Advisor Generalist to join their friendly, growing HR team in Birmingham.
You will provide high quality advice and generalist HR support across the business to managers and employees.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage the ER caseload, leading and supporting on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and dismissals.
2. Advise on legislative and company policy and procedures in an efficient manner.
3. Support with the recruitment and selection process - including writing job adverts, shortlisting, producing offer letters, and contracts of employment.
4. Liaise with payroll regarding maternity, paternity, and absence.
5. Assist departmental Managers on the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a hardworking and friendly HR Team.
You will ideally:
1. Hold a Level 3 CIPD Qualification or above.
2. Have experience working in an HR Generalist capacity.
3. Have strong Employee Relations experience.
4. Be proficient using MS Packages including Word and Excel.
5. Have good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, Managers, and Directors.
