Hours: 40 hours per week, 08.00 - 17.00, Monday - Friday
The Role Will Involve:
1. Client Management - Manage temporary & permanent job vacancies on behalf of clients, write and place advertisements, and handle responses.
2. Fill vacancies.
3. Recruitment - Candidate attraction and selection, interview candidates ensuring compliance and conduct reference checks.
4. Sales Activities - New business generation, outbound sales to promote the recruitment services JT Recruit provides, client visits, negotiation, and marketing activities.
The role will be varied and involve a combination of customer service, administration, and sales activities.
