Logistics Coordinator
Our successful client based near Bordon is seeking a Logistics Coordinator. The operations are the backbone of their success, and the logistics team ensures that they can continue to offer a seamless delivery and world-class service, no matter where their customers are located. In order to scale even further, we’re seeking a talented and organised Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for logistics, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working directly with suppliers and internal teams to optimise the supply chain and ensure the smooth transportation of goods across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shipment Coordination
1. Manage the full lifecycle of shipments, both domestic and international, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery of goods.
2. Prepare and verify shipping documents.
3. Track shipments and update internal systems with real-time status, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
2. Inventory & Order Management
1. Work closely with the procurement team to monitor stock levels and manage reordering schedules.
2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to meet delivery deadlines.
3. Implement systems to track inventory.
