Experienced Sales Manager required for our established client in what will be a rewarding role. Annual salary up to £70,000 with additional OTE, and company car. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
Candidates with electrical or electronic bias knowledge are desirable however not essential.
Duties:
Develop and execute sales strategies
Lead internal sales team and field based sales reps to achieve revenue targets
Hire new starters
Mentor new starters and coach the existing team to perform to the best of their ability
Monitor performance, holding 1:1 meetings
Analyse sales data and performance
Work collaboratively to create sales campaigns, and ways to drive new business
Visits clients and support Business Development Managers on the road attending meetings across the UKBenefits:
