D365 CE CRM Manager, up to £65K!
Pearson Carter are currently assisting a manufacturing business with an international customer base, with their search for an experienced CRM Manager. They are looking for someone to come in as the go-to professional for all Dynamics knowledge, helping the business get the most out of their new D365 CE system. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, has a track record in a similar position, and is able to provide daily support to other team members.
They offer an excellent salary of up to £65K depending on experience, + 25 days holiday, + share option (after 6 months), + flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
* Build, execute and optimise targeted automated email journeys to aid UHNWI lead generation, sales conversion, and client retention.
* Continuously analyse data, making recommendations for new campaigns to aid new sales, and identify upsell opportunities.
* Oversee the development of a customer lifecycle journey, identifying touchpoints, opportunities, recommendations, and strategies at each stage.
* Management of our global CRM strategy across email in alignment with business objectives.
* Create highly engaging and personalised email campaigns with an emphasis on testing and learning to optimise future results.
Experience
* 5+ years' experience working with Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.
* Track record working with commercial teams and web agencies successfully.
* Strong experience communicating with stakeholders and board members smoothly.
* Experienced leading and creating engaging marketing strategies.
* Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
Location
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE client has an office in Bicester – please note, this is a hybrid position that requires three days working in the office.
