Job Description:
The HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and consistency in line with our People policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional advice/guidance to employees and leaders in accordance with People policies, processes, and procedures.
* Build strong working relationships with leaders of all levels.
* Collaborate with internal customers and service providers to deliver timely and efficient HR services.
* Identify opportunities to improve and develop policies and procedures in line with employment law changes and best practices.
Requirements:
* General HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations.
* Up-to-date knowledge of current Employment Law.
* Grad CIPD or working towards.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
