About the Role
We are seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic, and experienced Humanities teacher to join our dynamic World Studies Faculty. In this role, you will teach Key Stage 3 Humanities and History at GCSE and A Level. For suitably experienced candidates, there may also be the opportunity to teach Politics at Key Stage 5.
You will deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that challenge and support students to reach their full potential. With strong communication skills and a student-centred approach, you will contribute to a positive learning environment and maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
This is a part-time 0.6 FTE, permanent role.
Who We Are Looking For:
You are a reflective and committed professional with QTS and a relevant degree, ideally with experience across all key stages but especially KS3 & 4. You demonstrate strong subject knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for your subject.
You will work collaboratively within the faculty and across the wider school community, supporting curriculum development and contributing to whole-school initiatives. A commitment to safeguarding, professional development, and partnership with parents is essential.
