Person Specification: A degree or certification in Law, Finance, or Compliance (e.g., ICA certification) is preferred. Occasional domestic travel may be required. Proven ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and business partners. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in an FCA-regulated environment is essential. Skilled in designing and implementing compliance frameworks. Experience leading compliance audits and managing risk controls.
