Role: Accounts Administrator

Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Our client a leader in their field is seeking an Accounts Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of their financial operations, managing payments and building strong relationships with clients.
Accounts Administrator Duties:
* Oversee day to day accounting operations, accurately managing financial records via Sage Software.
* Assist in month end and year eld closing procedures.
* Work closely with the finance team.
* Assisting with customer invoicing, payment processing and supplier payments.
* Ensure timely collection of receivables and disbursement of payables.
* Prepare and present financial statements.
* Oversee accounts payable/receivable aging reports, ensuring accounts are reconciled and accurate.
* Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts.
* Managing currency exchange transactions.
* Monitoring budget performance.
* Liaise with clients from overseas, managing financial transactions, compliance and strong working relationships.
* Collaborating with software providers.
* Working alongside IT and finance teams to streamline accounting processes.
* Ensure compliance and financial regulations, both internationally and locally, for tax and audit purposes.
