We are seeking a skilled TA to join a welcoming and supportive team in Quinton. This is an exciting role supporting Year 4 and Year 5 students with SEND, split day to support 2 children with SEND. The successful TA will also be required to support the class teacher and class and deliver small group support across various year groups. As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting two children with SEND in a split day across Year 4 and Year 5. Assisting the Class Teacher in lesson preparation and delivery. Providing 1:1 and small group support for students across Key Stage 2 (KS2). Encouraging and maintaining strong behavioural management within the classroom. Working flexibly to meet the needs of students and teachers. Supporting the implementation of the National Curriculum. Required Skills and Experience Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Experience working in a Primary School environment. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Proven ability to support students with SEND effectively. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to supporting students and teachers.
