Key responsibilities: Proactively manage financial processes within the team Preparing and sending bills for property matters Creating and proactively maintaining billing schedules and record keeping Liaising with individuals, managers, fee earners, partners and other teams in relation to team financial matters Preparing and analysing reports from the firm’s finance system to identify actions needed to progress the financial management of a matter.
