We are looking for a hardworking and top-performing Expansion Enterprise Account Manager, with a proven track record to join our team at Paessler GMBH. As demand for our monitoring solutions is growing dramatically, we are expanding our Sales Team to meet this increased demand and further grow our investment in our customer base. As a member of the EMEA Expansion Sales Team, you will be working with our largest customers to generate expansion business and drive retention by managing strategic relationships within the account, navigating the organization to uncover new use cases, and ensuring a positive user experience, among other tactics to grow Net Revenue Retention. This position is fully remote based in the UK or Ireland.
YOUR TASKS
* Consistently exceed sales objectives within existing accounts.
* Build & strengthen Account relationships while utilizing retention strategies to renew existing customers.
* Prepare and deliver effective Account Reviews & demonstrations to expand the use of Paessler PRTG within their business.
* Develop and foster long-term relationships with Users and responsible parties in assigned accounts, through a high level of product expertise and customer service.
* Leverage the latest sales technologies and information to proactively develop a plan of action to address the individual needs of your accounts.
* Prepare offers, proposals, product presentations, and other general sales-related activities. Observe the high quality of Paessler’s ethical standards in presentations, proposals, and overall representation of the company, including professional image and appearance.
YOUR PROFILE
* At least 3 years of professional experience in an IT-Sales (ideal B2B) related role with a proven track record.
* General interest in Technology and an understanding of controlling and monitoring.
* Hands-on mentality paired with curiosity, determination, and perseverance to tackle any challenge.
* English language skills at a native level; additional languages are a plus.
