Main duties of the job
You will be part of a close-knit collaborative team who pride themselves on providing the highest standards to our patients and their families. Reporting to Patient Services Manager Louise, you will be situated within the Day Surgery/Community team, working 37.5 hours per week.
You will liaise with the wider Practice Plus Group team to ensure the patient's pathway is a smooth one and your sound administration skills paired with excellent customer service will see you thriving in this role.

You'll be a motivated self-starter with prior administration experience and fantastic customer service skills. Previous experience in a hospital will be an advantage, but more important will be your attitude and attention to detail.
