Key Responsibilities: Patient Support: Assist with patient intake, preparation for treatments, and provide support during acupuncture sessions. Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle other administrative duties as needed. Research Assistance: Support research projects related to acupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion, including data collection and analysis. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients and staff in Mandarin, English, and Korean to ensure clear understanding and patient satisfaction. Basic Herbal Medicine Knowledge: Provide basic information about herbal medicine to patients as needed. Office Operations: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks, including managing patient data and generating reports. Key Qualifications: Over 10 years of clinical experience in acupuncture and herbal medicine. Proven expertise in treating chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and performing body posture analysis. Successfully qualified to take the U.S. acupuncture licensing exam (NCCAOM) and actively working toward obtaining licensure. Strong commitment to professional growth and transitioning to a licensed acupuncturist role in the U.S. Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field with a medical education background. Graduate degree(Master Degree) with education in Traditional Chinese Medicine or a related field. Language Requirements: Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Korean.
