A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the Nottingham Children's Complication of Excess Weight (CEW) service.
The successful candidate will join the established service in caring for children and young people who have complications that have arisen due to excess weight.
You will be hospital based with a responsibility to see children and young people in the inpatient and outpatient setting, liaise with families, company reps and support patients and families to receive high quality care.
As part of the role you will be expected to support patients in Nottingham as well as our spoke services at Boston, Lincoln, Mansfield and Derby.

The successful candidate will work as a clinical support worker within an established multi-professional team caring for children and young people with complications of excess weight.
You will be hospital based supporting inpatient care, providing basic education and support for families. You will also support multi professional clinics across Nottingham as well as spoke clinics at Lincoln, Boston, King's Mill and Derby.
You will be responsible for maintaining a variety of databases, completing basic assessments both in the home and clinic environment as well as supporting with a variety of courses for families that are ran by the team.
We are involved in a variety of projects and the successful candidate will also be involved in these projects, both within hospital and wider network.
