We are assisting this successful employment team in their recruitment for an employment solicitor. This employment solicitor will be joining a successful and leading Dorset based law firm who are noted in the L500 across the board.
This employment solicitor will be working on a varied employment caseload acting for both employees and employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious work.
This employment solicitor will be working with a highly respected employment team on a mixed contentious and non-contentious caseload working for employers and claimants. Your caseload will include discrimination, whistleblowing, employee capability, unfair dismissal, TUPE, policies, HR advice, grievances and more.
You must be a qualified solicitor, ideally with 1 year PQE. Although if you are an NQ with a training seat in employment, please still apply.
