E-commerce Manager
Pivotal are proud to be working with an established, mission-driven and profitable fashion brand based in Brighton who are seeking its first-ever e-commerce manager due to growth.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will lead on marketing communications and e-commerce strategies. This position combines innovation, strategic insight, and practical execution to ensure their online presence aligns with their brand values and supports their ambitious growth objectives.
You will act as a connector between the product and creative teams, oversee significant digital marketing initiatives, and manage our Shopify-powered e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement product launches and seasonal campaigns on the website.
* Oversee Shopify store merchandising, including curating collections, updating prices, and managing promotions.
* Handle website content updates (CMS), including seasonal designs and compliance-related changes.
* Evaluate website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and customer feedback, contributing commercial insights to the wider team.
* Enhance on-page SEO by refining product descriptions, internal links, and image metadata, and addressing technical SEO recommendations.
* Address underperforming categories or items, driving ongoing improvements.
* Design pricing strategies, manage promotional calendars, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
* Operate our marketing/email/operations calendar on Monday.com.
* Work with affiliates and other sales channels.
Key Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify and Klaviyo.
* Proficiency with analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
* In-depth understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
* Proven track record of managing external agencies.
* Strong ability to interpret market trends and turn insights into impactful strategies.
* Experience working within a mission-driven brand and hands-on experience with affiliates and/or social commerce is advantageous.
