An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and highly motivated senior nurse leader with an interest in quality improvement, collaborative working, and transformation to join the patient flow collaborative. The post holder will work in collaboration with the Head of Nursing and collaborative Senior Leadership Team to support the delivery of the specialised services, supporting patient experience, staff, and the organisations values. Working closely with our front line clinical teams, General Manager and Clinical Director in a triumvirate approach. Main duties of the job As a senior leader you will provide effective, visible, and accessible leadership and management across the wards and departments promoting excellence in patient care and clinical practice. You will lead the senior nursing team and support them to lead and develop their own teams with oversight of resource management, including budget responsibility. As a role model, you will lead by example, motivating, empowering, and inspiring your team to ensure consistently high standards of care, safety, quality, and governance are delivered and maintained. Ensuring appropriate systems and processes are in place to always ensure the continuity of safe and effective care.
