We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Plymouth to assist with the appointment of a Community Connections Advisor, on a 5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Excellent organisational and admin skills will be required. A good knowledge and understanding of utilising Excel and Customer Relationship Management systems will be needed. The person will also be required to interact with internal departments e.g. creditors and external support agencies or clients. They should be able to communicate clearly and have a good understanding of providing high levels of customer service. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
