Our client is a leading Venture Capital Firm, renowned for their culture and client-centric approach. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Business Development Associate to join their high-performing Retail Sales department on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for the following duties:
* Drive inflows and income from products, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Sell the product range, prioritising strategic focus areas.
* Develop and manage relationships with advisors, paraplanners, and admin staff within the region.
* Generate, manage, and convert pipeline opportunities, ensuring efficient investment allocations.
* Utilise regional budget for relationship-building events and work with strategic partners to grow large regional accounts.
* Maintain personal knowledge and skills, comply with company procedures, and contribute innovative solutions to enhance regional performance.
The Business Development Associate should have:
* At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
* A proven record of sales performance.
* Financial service knowledge (advantageous).
* Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
