Knowledge Assistant
Summary:
The Knowledge Assistant will be responsible, as a central knowledge and learning assistant, for supporting a multi jurisdictional KM Team in the efficient organisation and execution of training sessions and development and maintenance of key knowledge tools and resources across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
o Support logistical and administrative components of learning and development initiatives
including elements of new joiner inductions, led by the KM team
o Profile and organise documents and contents of knowledge bank
o Maintain and update knowledge resources and pages on the intranet
o Promote efficiency tools and carry out basic document automation
o Develop eLearning modules to support learning and development
o Prepare communications to promote new knowledge tools and resources
Knowledge Assistant
Attributes/Skills:
• Degree qualifications - preferred
• Legal qualifications - preferred
• Previous law firm experience in training and/or knowledge administration is essential
• Proficiency in IT systems, especially MS Office
• Experience with iManage or similar DMS, intranet, eLearning tool - preferred
