This is a hands-on role that requires both strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers, clients, and team members.
* Key Responsibilities: Supplier Account Management:
* Oversee the settlement of supplier accounts, ensuring payments are made on time and all transactions are properly recorded. Payment Handling: Take and process payments from companies, ensuring accuracy and promptness. Error Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues related to accounts, payments, or other operational concerns. Demonstrate initiative in finding and resolving problems before they escalate.
