Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electromechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electromechanical systems that integrate electrical and mechanical components, with a focus on embedded ultrasonics technology for non-invasive condition monitoring. Your work will contribute to real-time characterization of critical process parameters and facilitate closed-loop control for automated machine operations, ensuring maximum production efficiency with minimal setup and downtime. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electromechanical systems and components, particularly those involving embedded ultrasonics technology. Conduct detailed analysis and testing of new designs to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless operation. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues in electromechanical systems. Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics and diagrams. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into designs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and developing electromechanical systems. Strong understanding of embedded ultrasonics technology and its applications in condition monitoring. Proficiency in computer-assisted engineering and design software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with non-invasive condition monitoring techniques. Familiarity with Industry 4.0/IoT applications. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and system maintenance.
