DN Colleges Group is looking for a dedicated and organised Group Onboarding Assistant to join our Adult Skills curriculum team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all our students within the curriculum areas, supporting their journey from enrolment to active participation in their courses.
The Group Onboarding Assistant is responsible for onboarding students onto their qualifications via e-learning platforms, classroom learning, and workplace learning courses. This involves liaising with students, employers, curriculum colleagues, and central college services such as Student Information Services.
Essential Criteria:
Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent appropriate experience/technical expertise within the education sector.
English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
Working experience of using IT tools efficiently and accurately, including the Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, Access, etc.).
Ability to problem-solve and improve processes.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good organisational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
Highly focused on customer service.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Enrol students onto online learning platforms, classroom learning, and workplace courses, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately processed in a timely manner.
Respond to student and employer queries via email, phone, and other communication channels, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Provide timely and effective support to students in accessing online systems, classroom learning, and workplace courses, addressing any technical issues or queries they may have.
Maintain and update learner records using the college's MIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Conduct orientation sessions for new students.
