Technology Senior Business Analyst

35 hours per week : Monday to Friday
We are seeking a diligent and dynamic individual to join our newly formed Business Analyst team as aSenior Technology Business Analystin Worcester.You will spend your days working with business colleagues from across our diverse Group as part of project and product delivery teams. The Business Analysis function is responsible for supporting the organisation in identifying its needs and translating them into achievable technology outcomes. You will make a difference by playing a pivotal role in understanding, translating, and shaping the response to our customer and colleagues.This role is based in Worcester and will include a balance of home and office working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).

The role of Technology Senior Business Analyst will include:

Engaging your skills across our service catalogue which includes requirements elicitation, user experience design and change adoption
:
Managing relationships, communicating effectively, and maintaining good working relationships with customers to ensure buy:in, and to identify and remedy shortfalls in service delivery

Leading, coaching, and mentoring Business Analysts delivering BA Services or in a programme, project or product management team, planning and acting as a point of escalation for complex issues to support delivery
:
Manage the recruitment, performance, training and development of quality people to ensure required skilled employees are available to meet the needs of the service
Skills and experiences:
:
Able to demonstrate possession of a degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
:
Business analysis qualification (Practitioner level BCS BA, Lean Six Sigma) desirable
:
Advanced Microsoft 360 and Microsoft Visio
:
Excellent communication skills
