Our Client, a renowned Law firm based in the heart of the City of London, is recruiting for a Facilities Assistant. They are looking for a driven, capable individual who has a passion for the legal sector and ideally has a minimum of 6 months experience within an office environment in a similar role.
Key Duties:
1. Opening, sorting and date stamping incoming mail
2. Distributing mail
3. Processing deliveries
4. General administrative duties
5. Photocopying, scanning and binding
6. Liaising with IT regarding setting up offices with equipment
7. Replenishing stationery
8. Assisting and coordinating desk moves
9. Setting up meeting rooms for company events
10. Basic day-to-day maintenance of the office
11. Ensuring common areas are always kept tidy
