Purpose
The Chef Manager is responsible for supporting their line manager in the implementation and day to day management of Shaw’s Café, in line with the requirements of Shaw Trust and its contractual obligations.
The successful candidate will be working daytime shifts within a local community garden centre. There is no evening work but there will be alternate weekend working.
Essential:
You will have:
1. Level three food hygiene certificate, or willingness to complete
2. Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
3. Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to work and ability to cope with a variety of demands
4. Flexibility to cope with the various demands of the role and achieve desired results
