The Role:
As a Naval Architect, you’ll play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining the organisation’s fleet and associated equipment. Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll be responsible for:
* Providing technical expertise in stability, structures, and human factors for all floating assets.
* Supporting new vessel construction and ongoing fleet maintenance.
* Developing innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.
* Liaising with boatyards, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
* Undertaking technical investigations, troubleshooting, trials, and data analysis.
* Ensuring compliance with internal engineering and asset management (EAM) standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Naval Architecture (RINA accredited or equivalent, Level 5+).
* 2-3 years’ experience working as a Naval Architect.
* A problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
