Quality & Governance Analyst
RMBI Care Co has an exciting new opportunity for a Quality & Governance Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will already have experience working within the care sector, be comfortable with analysing data and using data to inform decision making and be familiar with care systems. Previous experience with Access care systems would be desirable but not essential.
This is a newly created role and the successful candidate will have a key role in supporting the Care Operations team in maintaining its existing strong regulatory performance as well as identifying areas for improvement. Knowledge of CQC regulations is required and knowledge of CIW regulations would also be beneficial.
We have a wealth of data available to us from our care systems and this role will specifically lead on interrogating this on a daily basis. New analytics software is being introduced to our care systems; this comes with a suite of standard insights and also the ability to create our own insights for specific data that we hold which will be one of the main tasks of this role.
The role will also allow dedicated time to be given to looking at potential new avenues of care and support through opportunities involving tech-enabled care products or programmes such as AI, as well as gaining further insight from market analysis to support organisational development.
