We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual who can inspire others to achieve more through improved planning, scheduling efficiencies, and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role, with the requirement to be in Alfred Street, Belfast - 3 times a week.

Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
* Appointment and SLA management for all WCA and SB cases.
* End to end processing of all SB cases from registration to case closure and audit.
* Producing and implementing scheduling initiatives.
* Building and creating schedules from rota.
* Managing day to day appointment activity including cancelations and rebooking.
* Managing special requests including but not limited to interpreters and security.
* Demonstrating excellent capability within day-to-day decision making
* Making the right decisions to deliver improved service through efficient planning
* Leading service delivery for medium to long term schedules; analysing service trends to make informed changes that allow us to both run efficiently and exceed performance levels
* Being passionate about strategy and change in the business, including working collaboratively with other departments to ensure better future scheduling practice
* Clear and precise analysis of complex data sets to underpin all future strategy decisions
* Building and maintaining impeccable relationships with all stakeholders across all areas
* Delivering at the pace required with a can-do attitude and not discouraged by setbacks
* Be self-motivated with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working to tight deadlines
* To drive Continuous Improvement
* Quality checks of processes within your team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
What we're looking for:
* Previous Management experience
* 3 years Benefits Assessment experience
* Competent in using Microsoft suites: excel, word, power point, outlook etc - an understanding of excel is desirable
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to produce accurate reports within set deadlines
* Ability to work under pressure
* Knowledge of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management
* Influencing skills: able to challenge conventional ideas and persuade people to engage with new processes or developments to achieve business objectives.
* Organisation skills: demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload when multitasking in a rational manner both individually and for the team as a whole.
* Ability to manage change positively, effectively and efficiently to achieve best outcomes
* Flexible and adaptable attitude: willing to undertake other ad hoc duties as required e.g. supporting other teams / cover team leader duties etc
