The roles will be based at our largest catering unit; The John McIntyre Centre located within the Pollock Halls Campus. The John McIntyre Centre houses a food court and 500-seater restaurant providing 28,000 meals per week during our student period and breakfast, lunch and dinner to our commercial guests in the summer months. Adjacent to the restaurant is Arthur’s Food & Drink; our on-site bar, offering food and drink to customers year-round. Your skills and attributes for success: Basic Food Service Knowledge.
